JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

No doubt, petitioner is in jail custody for near about four years but taking into consideration the nature of allegation levelled against him as well as stage of the trial, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 310 of 2013 arising out of Noor Sarai P.S. Case No. 242 of 2012 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif is again

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44778 of 2016 (3) dt.29-11-2016 2/2 rejected.
