4. However, in view of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, he shall be at liberty to represent before the Registrar of the J.P. University with regard to any
Patna High Court CWJC No.10448 of 2017 (6) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 further dues which may have remained unpaid. If such a representation is filed within six weeks from today, including non payment of statutory interest, the Registrar shall consider the same and get it verified from the official records and thereafter pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation, in accordance with law.
