The petitioner want a decision to be taken relating to Jaithar Gram Panchayat Raj under Isuapur Block, Saran, Chapra to be roated as it is continuing to be general category since 2001.

The same is the domain of appropriate respondent authorities. In that background learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.16120 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2023 2/2 submits that he will be filing a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra whom he had already submitted a representation in 2022 also within four weeks from today.

If the said representation is preferred the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra shall consider the same and passed a reasoned order within a period of three months from the filing of the representation.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
