Fazle Karim, learned AC to SC-1 appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "That the petition is directed for the issuance of appropriate writ or direction directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner in any district by the side of Madhubani as his wife is working in Madhubani and suffering from ailments for which Respondents are sitting over the matter i.e. representation without any rhyme or reason. Any other appropriate writ or direction may be issued which may be applicable in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner has already filed a representation on 03.07.2024 before the Additional Director General of Police (H.Q.), Bihar, Patna requesting his transfer on the ground that his wife, as well as, his son are suffering from several ailments and to transfer him at any nearest place by the side of Supaul or Araria, Purnia district but the same is still pending and, as such, the concerned authority may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner and taking into consideration the claim of the petitioner that his wife, as well as, his son are suffering from several ailments, the concerned authority is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner, in accordance with law and dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner, expeditiously.
