JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased and got her admitted in the clinic of Dr. Pushpa Singh, where abortion of the deceased was done but in course of treatment her condition started deteriorating and lastly she died. It is shocking to see that Sessions Judge, Khagaria has rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria in connection with Session trial no. 277 of 2015 arising out of Alauli P.S.Case No. 99 of 2015.
