JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 20-06-2018 Seeking exception to an order passed by the learned Writ Court in C.W.J.C. No. 12216 of 2016 and various other cases more than 20 petitions on 24.01.2017, this appeal has been
7/7 filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent and there being a delay of 351 days in filing of the Letters Patent Appeal, I.A. No. 1172 of 2018 has been filed seeking condonation of delay. However, the fact remains that the order passed in all the cases identical in nature on 24.01.2017 was subject matter of L.P.A. in L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017 and various other cases and a coordinate Bench of this Court in the said case namely L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017 by a detailed order passed on 17.04.2018 has dismissed identical appeals and the impugned order passed on 24.01.2017 has been upheld.
In view of the above, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. This appeal also stands dismissed in terms of the order already passed in L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017 and other identical appeals on 17.04.2018.
