JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation with respect to their grievances raised in the writ petition, before the District Officercum-District Magistrate, Jamui (respondent no.2). Let the petitioner file such representation before respondent no.2 within a period of four weeks from today. In the event such representation is filed by the petitioner, respondent no.3 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of further three months.
