JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------- 01-08-2017 Perused the office notes dated 28.07.2017 from which it appears that in view of the order dated 07.07.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.26109 of 2017 by a Bench of this Court, this application, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is not maintainable. In that view of the matter, this application filed on behalf of the petitioner to grant him anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram(Muffassil) P.S. Case No.681 of 2017, pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Rohtas at Sasaram, is dismissed as being not maintainable. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to seek remedy before the appropriate forum.
