2. Considering the information contained in para-4, 5 and 6, I find that substantial amount has been paid to the

Patna High Court MJC No.2689 of 2023(15) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 petitioner. So far as, the information contained in para-6 is concerned, the said fact was not brought on record by the petitioner nor it was submitted before the order dated 10.05.2023 which was passed by this Court in CWJC No.1506 of 2023.

3. This Court is constrained to pass any order in regard to the petitioner, who is a Class III employee and he allegedly being paid in excess, in the present contempt petition. The petitioner, if so advised, may avail appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
