JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 12-04-2018 We are not satisfied with the reasons indicated in I. A. No.5038 of 2017 for delay of 336 days in preferring the appeal. In view of the same, the limitation petition is dismissed. As a consequence, the appeal is also dismissed.

It is brought to the attention of this Court through a supplementary affidavit that the order of the learned Single Judge has already been complied and the order in this regard
