Petitioner retired from the post of Anchal Amin from the Circle Officer, B. Kothi, Purnea on 31.03.2017. Petitioner prays for payment of his retiral dues including pension, life insurance, leave encashment, gratuity and salary for different periods which according to him has not been given till date.

Considering the nature of prayer made by the petitioner, let the petitioner file a fresh detailed representation before the respondent no. 2, the District Collector, Purnea which

Any amount due would be paid to the petitioner within a month thereafter.
