Petitioner and four others are named in the first information report with accusation that they opened fire on the deceased but co-accused, Yogendra Ray and Birendra Ray have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 09.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1154 of 2015 and while granting bail to the above stated coaccused persons, the co-ordinate bench of this court noticed that only one firearm injury was found on the person of the deceased and it is not specific who caused the aforesaid firearm injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
