JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Navanagar P.S. Case No. 152 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsels appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information and he has been implicated in this case during investigation on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2016. Charge has already been framed in this case 07.04.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
