This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 24.06.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 13756 of 2019, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant of the present case has lodged another case, being Kudra Police Station Case No. 113 of 2019 in which the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59280 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 petitioner was seeking bail and due to this, he could not surrender before the learned Court below within the time granted by this Court. He accordingly prays for two weeks more time to surrender before the learned Court below. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 24.06.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 13756 of 2019, is hereby extended by further two weeks from today.
Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
