This appeal has been filed for setting aside the order passed by the learned court below in Title Suit No. 126 of 2015 by which the suit for the appellant was dismissed at the admission stage itself on the ground that plaintiff is not entitled to bring the suit as per law.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has instruction to withdraw this appeal.
