and are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 325, 380, 307, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that on 31.08.2014 at 11.00 P.M. the petitioners entered into the booking office of the Cinema Hall and demanded extortion from one of the staffs namely Bimlesh Kumar. On protest being made the accused
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55756 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 persons assaulted the informant with iron rod on his nose, head and shoulder and ruptured his nose. It is further alleged that the petitioners snatched rupees fifteen thousand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that false accusation has been levelled since the petitioners being the labourers of the informant were not paid their wages.
A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 177 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar.
