2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 22.6.2022.

3. Trial court's report dated 22.11.2023 reveals that the charge is to be framed in the case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 6.5.2019 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

5. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with observation to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of one year.
