The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 12 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 307, 333, 353, 385, 342, 404 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has preferred his second anticipatory bail application stating that the police could not have originally gone through arrest the petitioner, as the allegations against the petitioner was all bailable, and therefore, there was no occasion of pelting stones on the police. The petitioner's anticipatory bail application was rejected by this Court on 12.01.2022. No new cause of action arises nor any developments have taken place.
