The petitioner seeks bail in L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No.2 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 365, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code was added. The informant is petitioner in the present case. At the instance of the informant a case was lodged, later on it transpires that she herself connived with one Subodh Sah and killed her husband. Sufficient materials have been collected by the Investigating Officer in paragraph 8, 9, 40, 41 and 44 of the case diary.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57134 of 2015 (3) dt.23-02-2016 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
