2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is that she alongwith other co-accused persons committed torture and killed the daughter of the informant.

4. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the affairs of the couple. As a matter of fact, the deceased died due to dehydration caused by diarrhoea. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is in custody.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 596 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
