2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Suppl. Alauli P.S. Case No. 175 of 2022/G.R. No. 1050 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R, the son of the informant was killed by accused, namely, Balmiki Sada, Manoj Sada, Arjun Sada, Bhim Kumar and Rajkumar Sada.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.05.2023. He further submits that the only allegation and material against the petitioner is that he is one of the accused persons who had threatened the deceased over some love affairs. He further submits that petitioner is a handicapped person and he cannot walk properly.

5. Mr. Chandra Sen Prasad Singh, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Suppl. Alauli P.S. Case No. 175 of 2022/G.R. No. 1050 of 2022.
