The petitioner is in custody in connection with Son Nagar Rail P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.06.2019. He further submits that petitioner was apprehended by the police only on suspicion that he was involved in theft of cash of Rs.6000 and valuable articles of the informant in Train No.53611UP. He further submits that except suspicion there is no material to connect this petitioner in the commission of crime.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.58710 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Railway Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Son Nagar Rail P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019.
