2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Cyber (Lakhisarai) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 428/468 of the IPC and 66(C)/66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, a telephonic call was received by the informant that her examination result is not good and she is supposed to detained for 1 year. The petitioner also demanded some money. Due to the fear of poor result, she transferred some money on mobile numbers of the petitioner. When she realised that cyber crime was committed with her, she ring back on those numbers but they cut their phone.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68060 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 27.07.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Cyber (Lakhisarai) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
