There is no counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Aryabhatta Knowledge University.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. When the matter was taken up on the last occasion on 13.08.2018, the petitioner had taken time to consider the counter affidavit, a copy of which was served on the same day.

Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is dismissed. However, I have perused the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University, from which, it appears that despite correspondence having been

The University shall be at liberty to take appropriate step in accordance with law against the college.
