JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 1.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 39801 of 2015 by extending period of time for surrendering in the court below. Sufficient ground has been stated in the petition for not surrendering in the court below within the stipulated time. Considering the ground stated in the petition, the present application is allowed and petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within another period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the order dated 1.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 39801 of 2015 is modified to the extent, as indicated above.
