The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 341 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 447, 307, 325, 504, 506 and 337/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. There is specific allegation against Saimudhin Dewan. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.62279 of 2022(2) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S.
