The petitioner is accused in connection with Mahila (Bhabhua) P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016, registered under Sections 376 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Ist- cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Kaimur at Bhabua. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 27.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3957 of 2017 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43356 of 2017 (3) dt.15-11-2017 petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
