JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Parihar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A perusal of the F.I.R. as well as the impugned order would show that this petitioner is the main assailant, who attacked the victim with a dagger, causing injuries on his chest and stomach which ultimately proved fatal.

This being the position, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36267 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner in the above mentioned case.

The application stands dismissed.
