JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-09-2018 After some arguments at the Bar, learned counsel for the Opposite Party submits that he would have no objection if the records are transferred to the Court at Patna, but once records are transferred, the Court at Patna should dispose off the matter within a reasonable time.

In the nature of submissions made before this Court, let the records of Matrimonial Case No. 60 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad, be transferred to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The parties shall request the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to proceed with the matter without granting

Patna High Court MJC No.3902 of 2016 (5) dt.17-09-2018 unnecessary adjournments. This will be, however, subject to any judicial order which may be passed by an appropriate Court in the proceedings inter-se pending between the parties. The application stands disposed off.
