Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 337, 338, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Co-accused-Mukesh Singh, having identical allegation, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2.

Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58979 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 connection with Charpokhari Police Station Case No.123 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
