The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that unknown persons kidnapped the informant's daughter for the purpose of bad intention. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The victim girl has been recovered. Her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. has been recorded. She has not supported the allegations made in the F.I.R. She has left the house out of her

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Madhavi Singh, J.M. 1st class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. case No.571 of 2019.
