Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 08.10.2015 by the Additional Sessions Judge II, Supaul has allowed the examination of the informant in Sessions Trial No.27 of 2000.

In the facts and circumstances, I find no reason for interference in the impugned order and hence, the revision application is dismissed.

However, the trial court shall gave a single date for his examination, failing which he shall proceed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58598 of 2015 (2) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 accordance with law.
