2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the description of respondent no. 6. Let the same be done during the course of the day.
3. The petitioners have moved the Court for the following reliefs:
" That the present writ petition is being filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to Respondents for appointment of the Petitioner as Librarian in different High Schools under Arwal District as per Merit List 2008 and that has been approved by the Public Information Officer-cum- District Programme Officer, Arwal on 26.05.2017 vide Letter No. 420 also in the light of Order/Judgment dated 01.04.2014 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 4270 of 2014 arising out of S.L.P. (C) No. 10964 of 2010. On the basis of aforesaid facts and your Lordships may give direction to the petitioners."
4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners drew the attention of this Court to order and judgment dated 25.04.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2048 of 2017 in the case of Madhu Kumari & Ors. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. by which similarly situated persons, though in the district of Jehanabad, have been directed to be considered by the Principal Secretary, Education
Patna High Court CWJC No.11280 of 2017 dt.22-08-2017 3 / 3 Department, Government of Bihar, after hearing the petitioners or their representatives, within four weeks of the date of filing such representation, which was required to be filed within two weeks.
5. Learned counsel for the respondents do not object.
6. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off in the same terms as order and judgment dated 25.04.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2048 of 2017 in the case of Madhu Kumari (supra) with liberty to the petitioners to file representation before the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna in terms of paragraph no. 6 of the aforesaid order and judgment dated 25.04.2017 with modification that the time allowed to file such representation shall be three weeks from today.
