The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273/290 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47/51/54 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Twenty-five liters of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner on 11.07.2016.
Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In fact no recovery was made from the house of the petitioner rather just to falsely implicate the false allegation has been levelled.

No.50490 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari/Successor Court in connection with Ramgharwa Police Station Case No. 65 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
