The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking cancellation of bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 to 4 vide order dated 02.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50862 of 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the grounds for cancellation is that the O.P. Nos. 2 to 4 had incorrectly stated in their petition that they have no criminal antecedents. An affidavit has been filed on behalf of O.P. Nos. 2 to 4 stating that the O.P. No. 2 was made accused in one more case and subsequently after investigation, the police submitted final

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40192 of 2017(3) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 form finding the allegations against the O.P. No. 2 to be false. So far O.P. Nos. 3 and 4 are concerned, they have no criminal antecedents.

Considering the materials on record, I find no reason to interfere with the order dated 02.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50862 of 2016.

The present application stands dismissed.
