2. Vide order dated 30.04.2024, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner has not complied the earlier order, therefore a peremptory time has been to comply the order till 29th July, 2024 and for formal order, this case was ordered to be listed.

3. From the office notes dated 30.04.2024, it transpires to this Court that substitution petition has not been filed as per the computer status.

4. In this background, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ application and therefore, this Court has no option left, but to pass the order in this writ application.

5. In this view of the matter, the present writ application stands dismissed due to non-compliance of the order passed by this Court.
