2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 800C of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. In compliance of the order dated 04.11.2025, the petitioner and the opposite party No. 2 appear in court with their respective counsels.

5. From the narration of the parties, the matter appears to be irretrievable.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is residing in Telangana for earning his livelihood. He has submitted further that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 10,000/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the fact that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 10,000/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-IInd Class, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Complaint Case No. 800C of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.

8. The petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 10,000/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2 (the informant). The interim maintenance granted by this Court
