Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.11.2019. Till date only two witnesses have been examined, though charge was framed on 21.08.2019. Petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2016.

Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IIIrd, Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniyapur P.S.
