JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the entire outstanding retiral dues of the petitioner has now stood paid. However, he submits that on account of delay in making payment of the same, the Respondents be directed to pay interest.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate proceedings for payment of interest.
