JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to raise their claim before the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Budha Marg, Patna (respondent No. 4).

The claim of the petitioners is for determination of seniority and other consequential benefits at par with other

Patna High Court CWJC No.19045 of 2016(4) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 teachers similarly situated and selected against Advertisement No. 1 of 1988. The petitioners are stated to be working as Assistant Teachers in different schools.

In view of the limited submission made by the Counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.

The petitioners should make representation within a period of four weeks. In the event such a representation is filed, respondent No. 4 is obliged to consider the same and dispose of the claim of the petitioners by a reasoned and speaking order within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
