This petition has been filed for restoration of F.A. no. 188/2004 which stood dismissed on 27.2.2017 due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 17.2.2017.

It is informed that applicant was directed to file deficit court fee of Rs 13.85 ps. but unfortunately, the aforesaid deficit court fee could not be deposited within time as fixed by the court vide order dated 17.2.2017. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this petition is allowed and accordingly, F.A. no. 188/2004 is restored to its original number with condition that the applicant shall deposit the above

Patna High Court MJC No.481 of 2018 (5) dt.23-08-2018 stated deficit court fee within two weeks, failing which this order shall be deemed to be redundant.
