2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, punishable for the offence under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 3(4) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., some unknown miscreants are alleged to have stolen the motorcycle of the informant. Name of petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Pawan Kumar. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
