JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 447, 384, 341, 323, 354, 353, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that several persons complained about the informant, who was working as Anganbari Sevika, for irregularities having been committed by her, vide Annexure 2 series. Thereafter, vide Annexure 3, the informant was terminated from the post of Anganbari Sevika, however, after 2-3 years, under the order of the revisional authority, she has been reinstated. When she continued with wrong doing again, the petitioners and other co-villagers again filed a complaint against her and in retaliation thereof the present

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57337 of 2015 (2) dt.19-01-2016 First Informant Report has been lodged by the informant. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioners, namely, Rejabul @ Rejaul Haque @ Rajibul and Md. Faijuddin, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Balrampur Police Station Case No. 102/2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Katihar subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
