Patna High Court CWJC No.2876 of 2018(3) dt.18-09-2023 2/2 petitioners in view of Section 38(b) of 1 Municipal Act, 2007 in view of advisory issued from the level of respondent no. 3 in the light of resolution passed by Nagar Parishad, Rajgir where the petitioners are working for last 12 years against post of Class-IV and still continuing having been assigned the duty under the Nagar Panchayat, but despite having resolved to regularize the services of petitioners in its meeting of Nagar Panchayat no final decision is being taken up compelling petitioners to lead penury life and/or any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case.
