ANJANA PRAKASH) 22-06-2016 This appeal has been preferred by the Appellant against the Judgment dated 10.06.2015 passed by the Adhoc Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Siwan, in Sessions Case No. 185 of 2014 arising out of Jiradei P.S. Case No. 62 of 2013, whereby the learned Sessions Judge acquitted the respondents from the charges under Sections 302/34, 364 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Having gone through the Judgment of acquittal, we find no reason to allow the appeal.
