Since the Learned Single Judge has given authority and liberty to the Railways authorities to recover the compensation or damages ordered by the Learned Single Judge from the persons responsible, the Court fails to understand as to why the Railways is trying to protect such kind of persons, whose conduct by no explanation can be said to be within the norms of

Patna High Court LPA No.2198 of 2015(2) dt.14-09-2017 2/2 rule of law.

Appeal is dismissed.
