The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) P.S.Case No.90/17 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 379, 411, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per the F.I.R. is that the petitioner and the other co-accused snatched LED T.V. and other articles from the hawker Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole family members of the petitioner have falsely been implicated in this case and further submission is that he is in custody for four months having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.35225 of 2017 (2) dt.04-08-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad, in Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) P.S. Case No.90 of 2017, subject to the conditions that (i) one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. (iii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court and on the event of failure on his part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
