====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.O. Case No. 34 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 29.970 ltrs of Foreign liquor was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)
