Petitioner is said to have been caught along with others, when he and others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and it is alleged that one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from his conscious possession. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is a government employee and as a matter of fact, an altercation had taken place between petitioner and police on 0210-2015, while petitioner was stopped by the police official for vehicle checking and on account of the aforesaid altercation, petitioner was implicated in this false case. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56980 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 has, specifically, been pleaded at paragraph-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 402 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
