JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner got firearm injury accidentally and while he was admitted in the hospital, police reached there and on query, petitioner disclosed that he had put the country made loaded pistol containing three cartridges beneath the bundle of bamboo in the village Narha and after that the aforesaid firearm and cartridge was recovered. Petitioner was earlier made accused in one case which was lodged under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
